Daisy
clock (Westminster chimes)
There’s a white flower in this garden green
That’s the
brightest white you’ve ever seen.
Round and
bright daisy light
With a
pretty white black spot right..
In the
middle.
It reminds
me of a clock:
Which
reminds me, we have a clock here too:
The clock chimes
on the quarter past
Ding dong,
ding dong
A pretty
sound, that is not too long
Ding dong,
ding dong.
The clock
chimes on the half hour past
Ding dong,
ding dong, ding dong, ding dong
Just as
pretty, but a bit more long
Ding dong,
ding dong; ding dong, ding dong.
The clock
chimes on three quarter hour
Ding dong,
ding dong
(Just the
same as the quarter gong)
(I won’t
repeat the ding ding dong)
But on the
hour.. it repeats along:
Ding dong,
ding dong; ding dong, ding dong..
Dung!
Dung! Dung! Dung!
(All day
long on the hour; increasing as day goes long.)
Doesn’t it
remind you of how quickly time passes??
